Billing and Payment

Payment for services can be made by credit/debit card, check or cash. We have an online portal to pay your balance online and we do take partial payments. Therapy services are usually billed to insurance or an EAP program but self-pay is also available.

How much will it cost?

There are no out of pocket expenses when using an EAP program.

When your services are billed to insurance, your insurance company will determine what your copay or out of pocket expense is, depending on your insurance program and your deductible (if you have one). You can call your insurance company to inquire what your out of pocket expense would be. Initial session is billed to insurance with CPT code 90791 (if insurance needs that information).

If you do not have insurance or an EAP plan to bill, please let us know that information and we can discuss with you what your out of pocket cost would be per session as self-pay.
